Class of 2008 – The Start of World Domination

“You saw it first here folks…”

****IMPORTANT UPDATE: I WILL ADD YOUR NAME & URL TO YOU PHOTO FOR YOU****

In a previous post I came up with this idea that we would get our pictures together to commemorate our beginning of world domination – a new Jedi Order – and put it together in a video!

So that I can follow through on this promise I have created this Video Invitation.

So as I said in the Video, here’s what ya gotta do:

  • Pick a picture of yourself (real) and I will put your name on it with website!
  • Star Wars characters welcome (but not essential)
  • Make a comment on this post so that we know you want to be in it!
  • Make a post about this on YOUR blog linking back here!
  • Send photo to class2008video[at]gmail.com
  • Follow me on Twitter http://twitter.com/harryharrisblog (not essential but nice to be nice)

It will be great fun to look back and see how far we will have come with Alex and his coaching!

See you in Vegas Baby – let’s rally the troops!

Harry

    Hi Harry,

Wonderful idea you have there man!! I’ll definitely be interested. Will get you a pic of myself in the next couple of days.

I also like the Star Wars metaphor. In my younger days I used to be a bit of a sience fiction junkie myself. I’ve used a few Trekkie references on my blog – let me know what you think :-)

I’m a fellow student of Alex Jeffreys. Just wanted to say hello, and wish you all the best on your Marketing With Alex journey.

    Regards

  5. Gary SIMPSON Says:

    Howdy Harry,

I’ve been meaning to get over here for a while now. Then I went to your old site and had to do the domain switcheroo.

    Bzzzzzzzzzt!

I am a master of the light sabre. Actually, I’m pretty good with a samurai katana. Can we do a sammy film next?

So, I can be Obi-wan or Yoda can I? What about Gazza-wan-san, the Jedi-samurai? LOL! (I’m getting more ridiculous the more I think about this!)

I think you said that I could be a Jedi over on my blog the other day. I have been so stuffed for time with the release of my new e-book.

Has anyone here wasted the opportunity to get a jump on the field in organising their tasks? Get over to Gary-Land and get your early Christmas present – the “ACTION PLANNER” called “Time in Motion.” Compliments of the Gazz-Man.

    Merry Christmas to all!

Hi Harry, how are you, what size for the picture? And when do you need it bye. I am trying to take all this in for a newbie it’s a lot of info but a good thing to have, so many of Alex’s students are coming up with some great ideas. I hope to hear from you and see you in Las Vegas.

  9. Gary SIMPSON Says:

    BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZT!

    Gazza-wan-san, the Jedi-Samurai
    - Teacher of Master Yoda…

… has used his considerable powers to “materialize” here and inform you Harry deMille… I mean Harris… that I have updated your URL over at the Gazza-Galaxy and I have also promoted your video at several student Jedi blogs.

Yoda was my start pupil. Pity he got short and fat and dumpy with Labrador ears. Oh, he can fight OK but he is no match for the Jedi-Samurai.

And that Darth Vader – pfffffft – he is NOTHING! I can defeat him with my eyes closed and both arms behind my back. The “force” is pathetically weak on the “dark side.” My light blinds him and he is impotent against it.

    BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZT!

    Gazza-wan-san, the Jedi-Samurai
    - Teacher of Master Yoda

How was that Harry? Remember dude – YOU started this!

  28. JT Martin Says:

    Hi Harry,

This is a great idea. What an awesome strategy to get people to your blog and create some buzz. I want in!

I have to tell you that I am a fanatical Star Wars fan. Not to the point where I dress up like Darth Vader and go to Dragoncon, but close. Actually I look more like Jabba the Hut LOL.

I noticed your reference to the “New Jedi Order”. Yes I have read all the books and I do mean ALL the books. I still can’t believe that Jason turned Sith.

Have you checked the SERPS lately? I am kicking butt. I am going to win that $1000 bucks. I am only 14 spots away as of today.

I have a favor to ask of you. Go over to my blog and get the 6 pack of PLR Web 2.0 products that I am giving away for free. I did this to help everyone who is using JV giveaways to build there list because to many people are giving away Alex’s ebook.

When you click on the link, you will see the “hidden” purpose of doing this too. If your interested, I’ll get you a copy of the script.

Have I peaked your curiosity yet? Go to my blog and you’ll see.

  39. Bev Gough Says:

Great idea, Harry – it’s wonderful to see the spirit and entrepreneurship among all the students. This is a wonderful blog – will definitely spend some time here. Please add me to your video!

I have added you to my blogroll and inserted a summary of your blog as below. Please check it out and let me know what you think.

I am presently on my “world-wide” tour of Alex’s students’ blogs – quite a journey!

My pet project right now is to create a viral ebook as described below. I have just entered your site details on my blog and blogroll. Please let me know what you think!

On my journey, the massive potential of this great repository of information hit me like a thunderbolt. It struck me that an ebook containing the links to all these blogs with a brief summary of the contents of each would be a huge source of valuable information to the Internet community.

I have created a post on my blog called “A Tour of the Alex Jeffreys’ Student Sites”. My initial idea was to visit each site, compose a summary and post it on the blog. Having only managed to visit 20 sites so far (I only started 2 days ago) and, with the idea for the ebook only arriving in my consciousness last night, there are only 10 summaries as I write!!

So, to save time and get this done as quickly as possible, it would be great if each student would head over to my blog http://bevgough.com and enter his/her own summary of the strengths and contents of their own blogs. Please keep this summary as brief as possible – ie a maximum of 100 words.

When there are about 50 entries, I will publish the first edition of the ebook and make it available for everyone to promote on their own blogs. Thereafter, it will be updated as and when sufficient more material is made available.

This ebook will go viral and give massive exposure to each and every one of our blogs. I thought of the title “The Hottest New Blogs on the Web” – what do you think?

Any ideas, hints and tips will be gratefully accepted.

Looking forward to our continued relationship online – let’s go viral!

    Best wishes, Bev
